All of my work comes with a Guarantee! I take much pride in my handmade work and I like to make sure everything is perfect and that all adjustments are made properly before shipping. I will guarantee my work up to 120 days.

If you have any issues with any item within 120 days of your purchase please contact me to see what can be done. Most items can be repaired. I do guarantee my work from defect and I can repair many issues. Please see below on what is not covered. PLEASE CONTACT BEFORE SHIPPING. Most of my items are one of a kind, before you ship please contact me to discuss the issue at hand.

All repair requests accompanied by the original order dated within 120 days of purchase will be handled free of charge. Otherwise, a small handling fee of $8 per jewelry item must be enclosed with this form for each item requiring adjustments or repairs PLUS a repair fee of $25 after the 120 day grace period. Please contact me to make sure repairs can be made before sending. 

MISUSE OF JEWELRY IS NOT COVERED.

My guarantee does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. I recommend the use of safety chains on bracelets. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under my guarantee.

Example if you wear a gemstone and delicate shell necklace while high diving, any damage in that situation is from improper care of a delicate item.

This guarantee applies only to products created by Kristina Jones Designs. It does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or misapplication. Do not expose your products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.  Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your product from Kristina Jones Designs.

I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

HOW TO PREPARE JEWELRY FOR SHIPMENT

Wrap each item individually in tissue paper for mailing protection. The jewelry items must be boxed or in a padded envelope.

Any excess room in the box must be filled in with tissue, paper towels, or crumpled newspaper so that the jewelry will not rattle when the box is shaken. Your local post office will inform you of the exact postage necessary when you go to mail your tightly sealed package.

BEFORE YOU SEAL THE PACKAGE

Put the correct return address on the outside of the package as well as on the reverse side of the form. Fill out the form completing the details entirely. Attach the original customer form. Be sure jewelry is prepared according to the instructions.

LOST EARRING POLICY

In the event a customer loses an earring, they may replace their lost earring for half the original price, plus tax, plus an $8 replacement fee if 120 days has expired. This can ONLY be achieved if I have the same materials in stock. Some items are one of a kind and cannot be replicated. Please contact me to see if a replacement can be made, I cannot guarantee that a duplicate to match can be made.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Kristina Jones Designs jewelry can be repaired free of charge for a period of 120 days after the ship date.
  • After the 120 day guarantee has expired, a handling fee of $8 must be enclosed for each replacement PLUS a $25 repair fee. Returns or Exchanges for a different item are not allowed.
  • The replacement item is guaranteed for a period of 120 days after received and is subject to the Guarantee policy and may not be exchanged for a different item.
  • Cash refunds will not be given. Shipping charges are not refundable. All repairs must be requested within the 120 day time period and must be accompanied by the receipt.
